Uses:
1. Isolate oxygen to prevent food ingredients from oxidizing and deteriorating;
2. Prefabricate some microbial growth;
3. Increase the strength of the packaging, and the product is not easily damaged by squeezing.
Air is mainly composed of nitrogen and oxygen, of which nitrogen accounts for 78.08% and oxygen accounts for 21%. After the nitrogen in the air is extracted, it can become liquid nitrogen through high pressure or low temperature.
Nitrogen can be divided into pure nitrogen, food grade nitrogen and industrial grade nitrogen according to its purity. The purity of pure nitrogen can generally be as high as 99.99%; the purity of food grade nitrogen is above 99.9%; the purity of industrial grade nitrogen is above 99.2%
